The Creators

The idea for the Merchant Value Pass came from the association of Jason Arnold and Jeff Durham through their respective backgrounds in fundraising and marketing. They felt that major restaurants, golf courses and attractions in a city could be marketed as a package via a single price coupon booklet, which offered consumers a significant discount and allowed schools, churches and non-profits a way to earn substantial money selling the booklets as a fundraiser. With their mutual contacts in Denver, Colorado and Louisville, Kentucky, in 2008 they launched the Merchant Value Pass programs in these two cities. In the spring of 2010, Arnold and Durham started opening markets throughout the United States. Their goal is to place a Merchant Value Pass into every major market in the country, as well as focus on the often under serviced mid to small market city.

The Mission

The Merchant Value Pass mission is to simply be the best fundraising product in the country. This will be done by offering GREAT deals, with GREAT service at a GREAT price. The Merchant Value Pass is a win, win, win proposition in your local community. Win for the merchant who gets reduced advertising cost, improved brand awareness and name recognition.
